Heather Baker Originally from Marin County, Heather has lived in Tahoe since May of 1994 and is located at the Tahoe City Office. She went to college at Cal Poly and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California Polytechnic State University. When she moved to Tahoe she worked in Property Management for 3 ½ years. She loves working with people and joined O'Neal Brokers in March of 1997. Heather loves Real Estate, pays attention to detail and listens to her clients wants and needs. Heather loves mountain living and enjoys all the outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has to offer. Heather is happily married with 3 children. Heather owns three properties in the Tahoe Basin. One primary home and two long term rental homes. Heather and her husband designed and built as Owner/Builder a 900 sq. ft. addition to their primary home. They successfully put together their project working with subcontractors, TRPA and Placer County Bldg. Dept. It was a great learning experience! And turned out spectacular.
