Jimmie has seventeen years experience in real estate sales, specializing in Project and General real estate sales. She has been licensed in real estate since 1981 and licensed as a Broker since 1991. Jimmie has experience in residential and on-site condominium project sales, working directly with real estate developers in the North Lake Tahoe area. She has sold out two Squaw Valley projects and represented Kennedy-Wilson as their on-site Broker on a third Squaw Valley condominium development. Currently Jimmie is the on-site broker for Tahoe Tavern and Tavern Shores, exclusive lakefront condominiums on Lake Tahoe's West Shore.Jimmie was 1991 Sales Person of the Year at O'Neal Brokers. In 1988 she received the Outstanding Sales Achievement. She is consistently within the top one-third of producers of O'Neal Brokers over the past fifteeen years.
